Already we have received emails, telling us what a great time you had and several have tried to buy tickets for next year! These won't be available just yet, but keep watching the website for details.

If you didn't fill in your comments sheet before you left, please do it as soon as possible and send by post or email. I can promise you, we read all your feedback and will do our best to address any niggles, so that next year's event can be even better.

Our thanks, once again, to The Moira Furnace Museum Trust for allowing us to use their wonderful site and facilities and to The Railway and The Woodman pubs for providing extra venues for 'singarounds' and sessions.

We wish to express our gratitude to all the stewards and sponsoring organisations, without you the Festival just would not happen. Half a dozen more stewards would be very welcome for next year, so anyone, who wouldn't mind giving up a few hours for a free ticket and plenty of cups of tea, please get in touch with Tom.

You may have noticed, we had a 'drop' of rain over the weekend, but it didn't seem to diminish anyone's enjoyment of the event. It is said, that there is no such thing as the wrong weather – just the wrong clothes. Anyway, we have ordered plenty of sunshine for next year so this won't be a problem.
